Dr Gershenbaum has great bed side manners, he is very attentive to all my concerns, very competent and knowledgeable in his craft. Overall he made me feel safe and secure before the surgery and after the surgery.

I recently had a neck and facelift with Dr. Gershenbaum and I am very pleased with result. I had very loose skin on my neck area and now it’s very tight. The corners of my mouth used to point downward and now my mouth is straight. This procedure has taken years off of my appearance and I look so much younger now. I am in my 50s and started noticing some signs of aging so I started doing some research on doctors for a deep plane and neck facelift I had a friend of mine recommend Dr. Gershenbaum so I went to see him and instantly I knew that he would be my doctor. I'm 2 years out from a BA with Dr. G. His work is, in a word, exquisite. There were a ton of bumps to get there- issues with Covid, travel restrictions (I live thousands of miles from Miami), and my own deep anxiety re the procedure, but it was WELL worth the wait. The first thing that stuck out to me is the sheer and consistent beauty of his work; he has hundreds of pictures available online, which made it easy to tell that his "successes" were not the exception but the rule. I saw many plastic surgeon galleries with a handful of good-looking BAs and a slew of awful ones; not so with Dr. G., whose work is impeccable across the board. Second, when I first called Dr. G. about getting surgery, he said he wouldn't want to do it for about 9 months because I had just finished breastfeeding and it would take time to see how things restored naturally. The fact that, instead of rushing me in, he wanted to wait to see so that my results would be optimal, speaks highly of his integrity and also his commitment to the long term result. Third, although it's cumbersome, his office makes you go through a battery of testing before undergoing breast augmentation. This ensures that you're healthy enough to undergo surgery and anesthesia, which ultimately brings you greater peace of mind and increases the chances of a maximal result. Also, I don't profess to be a medical professional and I ultimately defer to healthcare professionals in their line of expertise, but I am a very informed patient and I came in with two relatively unique requests: I wanted inframammary incisions and saline implants, instead of the typical nipple incisions and silicone implants. Dr. G. asked me my reasons for these choices and respected my well-reasoned answers. It felt like an interactive process in which he truly took the time to understand my desires and then incorporated them into the procedure and the outcome. Lastly, the result is unbelievable. My breasts are gorgeous to be frank, and no one can tell that they're "done." They have a beautiful, natural slope to them and they are perfect for my frame. I am admittedly very picky and not the easiest patient in the world, but I interviewed tons of plastic surgeons all over North America, from New York to Beverly Hills to Miami to Toronto, and Dr. G's work is in a class of its own. It was worth all the back and forth, the testing, the flights, the hotel, the time off work, etc. He is worth traveling for. I can't recommend him more highly.

I had a surgical rhinoplasty with Dr. G one month ago and I could not have had a better experience nor be happier with my result. If you are looking for the absolute best natural nose job in Miami, look no further than Dr. G’s office. Everyone on his team is absolutely fabulous. You are in amazing hands with not only Dr. G but his receptionists, patient coordinator, nurse, surgical tech and anesthesiologist. I met with the doctor twice before the day of surgery and from the very first consultation he knew exactly what to do and how to give me my desired outcome. I had a dorsal hump that grew over the years and I just wanted a straight profile and overall cuter nose. It is exactly what I got! The recovery was relatively easy and I would do it all over again!
