What to do about deep nasolabial folds and low cheeks? (Photos)

Question

I am 22 and have deep nasolabial folds. I feel they ge me tremendously and really change my face. I wonder if the reason they are so deep has anything to do with the fact that my cheeks don’t extend to my outer face? I feel like they start quite low, it is more visible when I smile, and it’s been like this since I was a child. It’s like my cheeks are halved. Would fat transfer to the folds work? And if I wanted fuller cheeks would fat transfer hold on upper cheeks or do I lack the structure?

for deep nasolabial folds or for cheek augmentation, fat is an excellent option.  There is limitless supply so you can correct to full correction.  It is natural and long lasting as well.

Hello G,
I would treat you with volume to your cheeks with Sculptra and/or Voluma as I believe they are more predictable than fat, particularily in a young woman.  Also, much easier and less invasive.  It is very important that you choose an expert injecting physician to perform your treatment.  Choose based on their experience, skill, knowledge, certification, care, and most importantly their natural artistic vision.  Good luck and be well.
