I'm an avid skiier, wear goggles for it, want lip lift & fat graft. Ski giggles press tightly to the face, and im worried the results if fat graft will be compromised

Thank you for the photos. You have good skin quality, so there is no need to tighten skin. Addition of volume (fat) would significantly improve the contours of the face by reducing the unwanted shadows generated by fat loss. Plus, it is a permanent result with very natural looking changes.
Fat embolism from a transfer to the face would be exceptionally rare, if not virtually impossible. But a chin implant is far more predictable and almost always a better option than for fat to the chin for augmentation.
