After a facelift with fat transfer to face, my face is still too full and uneven. I have dark shadows under my eyes now as well, which I didn't have prior to surgery. I'd like to try Morpheus 8, which my surgeon uses, but is this something I'm going to have to pay for or is it reasonable for the surgeon to provide it without charge?

Thank you for the photos. You have good skin quality, so there is no need to tighten skin. Addition of volume (fat) would significantly improve the contours of the face by reducing the unwanted shadows generated by fat loss. Plus, it is a permanent result with very natural looking changes.
Fat embolism from a transfer to the face would be exceptionally rare, if not virtually impossible. But a chin implant is far more predictable and almost always a better option than for fat to the chin for augmentation.
