I would like to err on the side of safety as I know the results can be poor. I want a very subtle change and am Caucasian 5'7 140 lbs. What is my best "risk free" option? Thermage? Infiniti? Endolift from Europe? Microcurrent?

I agree that step one is determining your goals. In younger patients, I generally recommend fillers which are not permanent and give the opportunity to evaluate the result over time. I have not seen any benefit from Ultherapy.
