5'4", 120 pounds - Do I I need to gain weight for facial fat transfer? (Photos)

I had 2 doctors ( one in person consultation, and the second doctor I just sent them a photo of my face) tell me that I’d need to gain over 10 pounds. I’m around 122 and I’m 5’4 and in my mid 20s. I’m hearing patients who are around 110 get facial grafting done. I’ve had no volume in my face my whole life. I previously weighed 130 and my face was still the same. At 122 I feel like I still have areas with enough fat for this surgery. Do I keep trying to find a doctor or do I just do filler?

Fat grafting to the upper eyelid can definitely help with the hollowing... as for the dryness, this is almost certainly related to excessive muscle excision, which is going to be much harder to restore. I recommend trying to work on the squeezing of your eye muscles (blinking) and practicing...
