Hello I’m attaching a recent photo of myself and I’m not happy with my jaw jowls and cheekbones. How can I get a “hot” Kim K structured face?

The photos provided are unfortunately not sufficient for proper evaluation. Clear images without facial expression, taken from full frontal and side views, are necessary to assess jawline definition, cheek projection and skin quality accurately.
Speaking in general terms, the appropriate approach depends primarily on skin laxity:
• If there is skin sagging – An endoscopic facelift may be considered to reposition and tighten the midface and jawline area.
• If there is no significant sagging – Buccal fat removal combined with fat injection to the cheekbones can help create a more sculpted and projected contour.
In your current photo, mild facial expression is present, so the face is not fully at rest. Because of this, cheek projection and structural balance cannot be reliably assessed.
A detailed evaluation with proper, neutral photos would allow a more precise recommendation.
