Would fat graft in the hollows of my eyelids be enough to solve the results of such an aggressive blepharoplasty? 9Photos)

I had upper blepharoplasty 9 months ago, but I'm very unhappy with the results.I'm 34 years old and male. During the blepharoplasty, skin, muscle, and fat were removed, and now my eyelids look hollow and dry. This is something that is weighing very negatively on my life.
