The bra line excision, or torsoplasty, will address the lateral bra area and have a good effect on the spilling over of the excess axillary tissue over the bra. However, it will not typically effect the flanks, or "love handle" area to any great extent. For this you will need additional liposuction or an excisional procedure, such as a belt lipectomy, for the most effective results.

A back lift does not address love handles, but does help with the the upper back , and the “spillage” over the top of the bra-band. The swelling is not as much as after belt-lipectomy (360 tummy tuck) , that you have already undergone.You will look quite good in two to three months and your back will look much better.
