Last year i had a breast lift with silicone implants, replacing saline implants. My main concern was getting the breasts lifted and the skin in between the breasts tightened or moved closer or something so that the breasts did not appear droopy from the front angle. The lift did nothing to help that skin or droopy look from the front angle. Is there anyway to fix that and is the only way to fix it, another surgery?

Thank you for your question. I have been in practice for over 30 years and revisionary breast surgery is a large portion of my practice. It appears that you had a poorly performed surgery. I have taken care of 100's of cases similar to yours wanting more upper pole fullness and less of the sagging lower pole. I have developed with a technique termed "reductive augmentation" which I published in 2017. It involves perform an internal bra/capsulorrhaphy, reaugmentation with a larger ultra high-profile implant, removal of inferior pole breast tissue, and revision of your mastopexy/lift. You should be able to have an excellent result. Best wishes to you.

Hello, thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there is no option other than surgery to correct this situation. I would recommend another breast lift for you. Additionally, you cannot achieve stable, long-lasting results with saline implants. You need a more stable implant, such as a silicone gel implant, and a new breast lift.
