Would Motiva round or ergonomix suit my goals better? (Photos)

I have had a breast augmentation about 12 years ago and attach are my original pictures and then there’s a picture of me currently. I want a fuller size and more upper pole but natural. Checking to see if you would recommend motive round or ergo?

Your implants do appear low (bottomed out) and lateral, but the position of your nipple-areolas would have to be considered if the implants move closer together. They are already very lateral in position, which is normal, but they will be almost on the sides of the breasts if they are not moved...
