Can the scarring on my buttocks and thighs be corrected when doing body contouring?

I have scarring where my buttocks meets my thighs from obesity can that be corrected when doing contouring? Breasts too? I have since lost a lot of weight and was hoping those areas could be corrected when it's time to remove excess skin
