How soon after explant surgery is it safe to apply a castor oil pack?

I have read a lot online about breast massage with castor oil and applying heat can heal breast tissues and tighten skin. How soon after explant is it safe to do this? How soon can I begin to massage my real breasts?

Thank you for up your question.  Post explant bras and exercises have not been shown to affect post explant breast position.

Thank you for your question.  Migration of silicone to all the nodes you described is unlikely.  As you suggested, you have become fixated on this issue.  Concentrate on your recovery. Best wishes.

 Because your surgeon used drains to close off the dead space and reduce fluid accumulation, a wrap is somewhat redundant.  Discuss with your surgeon.
