Hello, firstly I was wondering if anyone knew who does good work on breasts in Minnesota as I plan on traveling there for surgery. I will attach 2 images, one of my breasts natural/relaxed. 1 of my breasts lifted by my hands, giving the results I want. I do not want huge scars. I am okay with a subtle lift/tighten. Am I a good candidate for a donut breast lift or a periareolar lift? If I am, can I combine it with bodytite or Morpheus 8 during surgery to give better results?
Answer: Breast lift Based on the photo of your breast relaxed and one demonstrating what you are hoping to accomplish after surgery you will need to consider more than a crescent lift. The incisions from breast lifts are scary for many patients, but they tend to be fairly inconspicuous after healing. I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation, as an in person evaluation is always best.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Gregarious670292,my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Breast lift Donut lifts are notorious for causing the areolae to stretch and and wide scars. In addition you get virtually no lift. Stay away and consider the lollipop lift instead

Answer: Good candidate for donut breast lift & can I combine it with BodyTite or Morpheus8? Whether a donut breast lift (also known as periareolar or circumareolar breast lift) is a good option for you depends on your individual needs and goals, as well as your specific breast anatomy. Donut breast lifts are typically suitable for individuals who have mild to moderate breast sagging (ptosis) and desire a modest lift. It involves making an incision around the areola to remove excess skin and reshape the breast.Combining a donut breast lift with procedures like BodyTite or Morpheus8 is possible and would depend on your surgeon’s recommendations and your specific situation. BodyTite and Morpheus8 are minimally invasive procedures that use technology to tighten and contour the skin. They can be used in combination with a breast lift to achieve enhanced results and improve skin tightening. To determine if this combination is appropriate for you, it’s crucial to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. They can assess your unique anatomy and goals, discuss your options, and create a treatment plan that addresses your specific needs and desires. Remember that the suitability of these procedures can vary from person to person, so a thorough consultation with a skilled surgeon is essential.
