In person exam is essential. Based on a limited photo- it appears that you would benefit from a breast lift with asymmetry correction . I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS to go over the details

Every individuals breast and breast size is unique. You have large breast with some asymmetry. Large breast tend to "sag" more quickly because of the effects of gravity. The best way to improve your breast shape and symmetry would be a small reduction of the right side and mastopexy of the left depending on what your goals are for size. This would also reduce the size of your areolas.

Hello @Cool901331, thank you for your question. Remember that for every woman the breast is different and this depends on different reasons being one of the genetical. You could consider a breast reconstruction and breast lift with your own tissue, is a very convenient and alternative procedure to reaccomodate the mammary tissue, breast projection and create upper and middle fullness with BRALAN (Breast Reconstruction Anatomical Lift Augmentation) technique, and you will be pleased with the results. The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.

The mist appropriate procedure would be a breast lift. It doesn’t look like an implant is needed. The major downside is the scars involved. Make sure you go to a surgeon who is experienced with breast lifts

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You would benefit most from a small breast reduction/breast lift. This would reduce the size of your breasts and areolas as well as lift them up off of your chest wall. Please visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

After reviewing your photos and your description, I think you would benefit from a mastopexy or breast lift. Your breasts seem to fit your body well in terms of their size so I would not recommend an augmentation or implant unless you wanted to make them bigger. In my opinion, a breast lift would help to correct the shape issue and make them fuller and lifted. There also seems to be a small size discrepancy that can be corrected or addressed during the lift and you would be able to decrease the size of your areolas as well (if that was a concern of yours). Before undergoing any type of breast surgery, you want to make sure that your breasts are no longer growing (usually not an issue at 18 but every patient is different) and you also take into consideration any future changes your breasts may undergo (like in pregnancy).

I would recommend a breast lift with removing a small amount of breast tissue from the larger breast to make you more even. You obviously grew breast very quickly.

Breast hypertrophy is a fairly common phenomenon. You should certainly visit your primary care doctor to rule out any abnormalities with your breast. Once that is done, you could certainly consider a breast lift on both sides to make your breasts more symmetric.
I would definitely advise a consult with a plastic surgeon to go over the procedure and risks. Good luck!
