I had big boobs in junior high and as time went on my boobs started to take this disgusting shape. What procedure should i consider to fix my boobs to be more full and lifted? What’s the cheapest procedure i could consider?
Answer: Breasts I would recommend a breast lift with removing a small amount of breast tissue from the larger breast to make you more even. You obviously grew breast very quickly.

Answer: What procedures should I consider? In person exam is essential. Based on a limited photo- it appears that you would benefit from a breast lift with asymmetry correction . I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS to go over the details

Answer: Reduction/Mastopexy Every individuals breast and breast size is unique. You have large breast with some asymmetry. Large breast tend to "sag" more quickly because of the effects of gravity. The best way to improve your breast shape and symmetry would be a small reduction of the right side and mastopexy of the left depending on what your goals are for size. This would also reduce the size of your areolas.

Answer: Why are my boobs so saggy at 18? What procedures should I consider? Hello @Cool901331, thank you for your question. Remember that for every woman the breast is different and this depends on different reasons being one of the genetical. You could consider a breast reconstruction and breast lift with your own tissue, is a very convenient and alternative procedure to reaccomodate the mammary tissue, breast projection and create upper and middle fullness with BRALAN (Breast Reconstruction Anatomical Lift Augmentation) technique, and you will be pleased with the results. For more information and recommendations, it is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS. Answer: Bellesoma Method The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
