I have slight excess skin and sagging due to weight loss, with some stretch marks. I really do not want to lose any fat or gain any fat in my breasts. And I really wanna avoid implants. I will attach two images. 1 image of what my breasts look like relaxed, and 1 image of what I want my breasts to look like. Please suggest anything that will get me that result. I do not want a huge scar line down my breast either. I was considering bodytite/Morpheus, or a breast lift with less scars?
Answer: Breast lift Thanks for your question! The best way to lift your breasts is with a breast lift. You may have to commit to a scar. Morpheus or BodyTite will mildly improve the laxity but not enough to achieve your end result. I would suggest consulting with a qualified plastic surgeon. Good luck!

Answer: Do I need a breast lift? You might not need one, from the picture posted. I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Mildly Sagging Breasts: If your breasts are mildly droopy, a saline or silicone gel implant placed behind the pectoral muscle might help create the illusion of perkiness. That’s because as the implant fills out the top of the breast, it also fills out the bottom, making it look as if the nipple has moved higher. It hasn’t. You can always get a lift later if you feel you are not perky enough when fully settled and healed. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Mini lift The technique I recommend is a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: What should I do to treat excess skin and sagging? Hello @Gregarious670292, thank you for your question. It is possible to reposition and improve the shape of the breast with minimal scarring by raising the base slightly and improving the overall proportion. This will create overall harmony. A consultation is vital to establishing a surgical plan that meets your needs, meets your expectations, and takes into account what is possible. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.
