Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are an excellent candidate for a breast lift. If you are happy with your size then you do not need or require implants.
Hi there, based on your photos yes you are an excellent candidate for a breast lift without augmentation. I would reccomend a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals.
It seems like you don’t have enough breast tissue for just breast lift. Breast implants with breast lifting surgery will be perfect choice for you.
Based on limited photos- you appear to be a good candidate for breast lift. In the right hands you can expect perkier, more youthful breasts. Implants can add extra volume to the existing volume. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS
If your goal is to reshape your breasts to make them perkier, then a breast lift alone would be sufficient. If you’d like larger breasts then implants would be recommended.
Hi Orchidgirl,Thanks for including the photos, it makes the discussion with more specific to you.Based on the photos, your breast volume has descended, with a substantial portion of the breast tissue being below the inframammary fold (where the breast meets the chest wall).Breast lift does 3 things. First, it moves excess skin. Second, it vertically lift the nipple. Third, and most importantly for your questions, it we centralize the breast tissue, taking it from the low position below the fold to a more central location. One technique uses an auto augmentation technique, which would re-purposed that lower breast tissue as a small living implant, sewing to the chest wall in a higher position.I believe that a breast lift alone would substantially improve your breast aesthetic. Full disclosure, a breast lift is not going to provide a substantial amount of upper pole fullness, this would only be possible with an implant. Depending on your goals, however, a breast lift alone could be sufficient.I would suggest that you meet with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss.Hope this helps.Best,Christopher Pannucci MDBoard Certified Plastic SurgeonPlastic Surgery NorthwestSpokane, Washington
hello we check your photographs ; better to plan breast up lift with implant and will be asymmetric implant after reshaping of breast tissue for augmentation(as seen on your photographs you have breast asymmetry)best regards
The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
I would do the breast lift first. If you need implants they can be added at a second procedure. Often it’s best to do a lift with implants in two stages anyway to avoid complications and get the best result
Dear 0rchidgirl,my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions (anchor - lift). Most importantly it does not require the horizontal component scars that the anchor-lift requires and breasts appear much more natural, lifted, and less boxy. Lastly, the lift lasts longer because the lollipop doesn't rely on the skin to hold the breast up, its actually breast tissue thats being brought together to support the breast and hence improves longevity. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thanks for your question! The best way to lift your breasts is with a breast lift. You may have to commit to a scar. Morpheus or BodyTite will mildly improve the laxity but not enough to achieve your end result. I would suggest consulting with a qualified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
Fat necrosis is a condition that can occur after breast surgery, including breast reduction or breast lift procedures. It happens when fatty tissue in the breast loses its blood supply and dies, leading to the formation of firm lumps or areas of scar tissue within the breast. While fat necrosis...
You would benefit most from a small breast reduction/breast lift. This would reduce the size of your breasts and areolas as well as lift them up off of your chest wall. Please visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
