Can I just get a breast lift done or would I need implants? (photos)

I think you’ll need breast implants with breast lift surgery. Regarding your photos we can say you don’t have upper pole fullness and you don’t have enough tissue to to get better shape and perky breasts.

Keep in mind that your breast will become a little smaller in size after having a lift from the excess skin being removed. I recommend asking your surgeon for realistic expectations on size and upper pole fullness after having a breast lift.
