I am a 30 year old women with a 4 and 8 year old. I breastfed both children. I’m 5’2 and 118 pounds. I am satisfied with the size of my breasts, so I’m wanting to get a breast lift. However, I’m wondering if I would absolutely need an implant since my breasts are saggy. I’m trying to avoid an implant if possible. Thank you!

Answer: Lift recommended If you are happy with your current size and only want to make your breasts perkier, then a lift is all you’ll most likely need. No implants are necessary.

Answer: Bellesoma Method The lift technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
