I got breast implants and a peri areolar lift on my right ride. For the amount of money I paid for the surgery, I am not 100% happy. I lost about 80lbs and I thought going in I would need a lift. My doctor said I just needed impants to fill up the space and a lift on my one nipple because I was asymetric. My nipples are still not even, even under shirts. And I feel like my boobs can be sitting higher on my chest. Also (which may be normal), when I lay on my back, i can feel the impants slide.

Answer: Breast lift Dear Tasteful570014, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs. Answer: Breasts Congratulations on your weight loss! You need a lift, a vertical lift, to reposition your sagging breasts. Implants do not lift.
