My boobs have never looked normal. I’m 19 now and wondering can they naturally change. Are there any hormonal pills you recommend? They’re really stunting my confidence.

Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, there is no medical management for improving the appearance of breasts at this time. The best way to deal with such is through surgical intervention. It is best that you visit a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options further.

First of all, breasts come in all kinds of shapes and sizes. Your breasts are not ugly. In order to reduce the space between the breasts, breast implant and fat grafting can both help. However, they both require surgery. It is unlikely that your areolar will shrink without surgery. You can decrease the size of your areolar with areolar reduction surgery. Good luck!

You have what is called tubular breast the only way to correct this is with a surgery, in your case you'll need a breast lift so we can correct the assimetry and the ptosis. Make sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon. Goos luck.

I'm sorry to hear you're unhappy with your breasts.  They come in all shapes and sizes and are uniquely yours.  They are certainly not ugly.  For the concerns you mentioned, the correction would require surgery.  I would not recommend taking any hormones.  If at some point you'd like to consider surgery visit with a board certified plastic surgeon in your area to learn about your options.
