The red lines you have on your breast are stretch marks, or striae, similar to those many woman get after pregnancy. They occur due to stretching and thinning of the skin. Initially they are red because the small blood vessels of the skin are visible, but generally fade as the skin thickens. Some individuals are more genetically predisposed to this than others. There are treatments that can improve their appearance, but will not resolve them completely.
Based on the photos, those appear to be stretch marks. It may have been present before surgery, and now made more apparent, or it may be caused by the force of the underlying implant. Best to discuss with your plastic surgeon for an in-person examination as a photo assessment is limited. Hope this helps!
Most likely the stretch effect of the enlarging caused by the implant is what you are describing. But why not see your chosen operative surgeon in a follow up visit to receive an unperson explanation?
