Had neck/chin lipo 9 years ago, now I am 30 and my neck is sagging, what can I do to fix this?

While the NeckTite/FaceTite can help tighten the skin a bit, please be careful not to overly defat the neck with radio frequency treatments and end up with a 'stringy neck'.    30 is awfully young for a mini lift, but in some patients it is helpful for early signs of aging/fat maldistribution.

Thank you for the pictures;  In may opinion you are not ready for surgery fut radiofrequency can help you to recover the skin tone  and tighten the skin in the neck.  It is important to choose a machine that has proven results since many patient are treated with machines that are not a good quality and the results are not the same.

I would consider treatment options like Ulthera and Facetite; each are treatments designed to tighten and lift skin with Ulthera being the more aggressive device.  Your pictures however are not bad!  At age 30 the skin has good elasticity and may respond well.  Get an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in you area to confirm the recommendation.  Best Wishes!!

A combination of non-surgical options like Kybella, PDO NovaThreads, Ultherapy and Thermage would do well in combination for skin tightening for the neck. Getting a Radiofrequency treatment combination of FaceTite and Morpheus8 would really help tighten up the skin nicely and quickly.

Overall I think that your neck looks good and you do not need a necklift. At age 30, I would recommend trying some minimally invasive techniques such as Facetite/accutite, Thermi, or Profound. These devices provide some contouring and some degree  skin tightening. It is difficult to assess skin quality from a photo, but I would not assume that you have thin skin. Find a surgeon that performs minimally invasive procedures. Good luck

you already have no fat. There are no visible excesses of skin and I don/t see sagging. A doctor is supposed to tell you what is in your best interests.  Sometimes people obsessions with their faces can be such that they get talked into procedures that will make things worse and the thing that only you can see becomes a thing that everyone can see.
Based only on these pictures and your age, I that your interests are best served by doing nothing about your neck.  You need an in person consult.
