As I write this review, I am one year post op almost to the day! I had a deep plane neck and facelift at Biltmore Plastic Surgery. I have to say that Dr. Harley and his staff made this a wonderful experience from beginning (phone consultation) to surgery and continuing thru post op visits and also in the weeks to follow. Having his personal cell phone number was such a comfort, and he checked in several times during the first week of recovery--and in the months following.

I would highly recommend Dr. Harley for deep plane lift I left and lower face lift along with TCA treatment of skin. I am 40 and I know that sounds quite young to be getting a neck lift/lower face lift. I've never had a great jawline. But a few years ago I got liposuction under my chin. It really didn't do much. Then I lost 30lbs. My neck is just as bad or worse than before. I'll never know if the lipo made the skin sag or if it would have been just as bad with losing weight.
