How to get rid of slight jowls? Facelift is too risky because I had a benign parotis tumor removed. (photo)

Natalie Christina
If have just found out it is too risky to have a facelift after parotis surgery because of the risk of damaging the facial nerve. I am devastated as I was hoping to do a MACS lift in the next few years. Would neck lift be an alternative? Or anything else you could recommend? Thank you very much for your time.
