Can I just get a neck lift to fix saggy skin and turkey neck? Or is a facelift necessary as well? (photos)

After looking at your photos and without an in person consultation I would probably recommend a lower face and necklift. If you only lift the neck you will not be addressing the jawline. Again, I think an in person consultation would be necessary.

A neck lift will excise any excess skin, giving your neck a smoother and more youthful appearance.
