I’m 44 years old and feel like I look decent for my age. My neck, however looks terrible. It’s all I see when I look in the mirror and I find myself holding my head in uncomfortable positions to try to mask it. I plan to get a facelift in 5-6 years, but my neck can’t wait that long. What is the approximate cost and minimum expected down time? I had a chin implant and neck lipo about 10 years ago and there is no excess fat under my chin. It’s all just saggy skin.

Answer: Necklift vs Facelift After looking at your photos and without an in person consultation I would probably recommend a lower face and necklift. If you only lift the neck you will not be addressing the jawline. Again, I think an in person consultation would be necessary.
