Question

As you can see Kylie Jenner body lacked curves, and now she's extremely curly and thick. I know she wasn't stupid to get silicone injections, and I she was extremely skinny which ruled out a fat transfer. The only thing left to my knowledge is implants. Does implants also add hips?
