Liposuction of ankles and calves?

Sounds like liposuction of those areas may be an option for you and cost in the NYC area runs $4000-$6000. Postop swelling of the ankles takes longer to subside because of the location, so be prepared. Costs of plastic surgery depend on the location, how expensive your area is in general, and also the reputation and experience of your plastic surgeon.  You can call a few surgeon offices in the area, and most should be able to give you a cost estimate (or a reasonable range) for what you're looking for.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons.
