I am scheduled for a septorhinoplasty in 10 days, and I have already completed all my pre-operative consultations. My main goal is to avoid needing any further operations in the future. Recently, I’ve been thinking that I’d like to slightly straighten the upper part of my nose (the nasal bone), as I have a small bump from a past fracture, and I would prefer a smoother, flatter nose. However, I didn’t mention this during my pre-op discussions, and now I’m wondering if it’s too late to ask.
