Although I am not into using filler I see no problem with getting it ahead of time but your surgeon may disagree. So just follow your surgeon’s instructions

Study your prospective rhinoplasty specialist's before and after photo gallery, and make sure that it is extensive. Digital computer imaging is also helpful as well.
