The irregularities on your bridge can be filed down pretty simply. I don’t think it’s callous formation. The irregularities appear minimal from the photos but if they bother you get a minor revision

Why do you think you have scar tissue formation on the upper part of your nose? Maybe it’s the cartilaginous part of your nose that was reduced during your previous procedure?
