Firstly, i DO NOT have graves disease (that's been completely ruled out, these eyes are hereditary). Other than orbital decompression, is there a way to make my eyes look less bulgy? I've heard of things like fillers and lower eyelid retraction, would these work? To what extent will those two work; or will orbital decompression be better?

Juvederm can work reasonably well in this area and may last 6-9 months. You may consider several treatments with juvederm, but may want to consider fat grafting to that area for a longer term solution. Fat grafting can fill the concavity, will last much longer and should remain for many years.
From this photo,I think there is a very small difference that can be attributed to normal asymmetry. Not a single person is perfectly symmetric. That being said perhaps a consultation in person would help your surgeon assess exactly what bother you.
Thank you for your question and photos. Swelling of the lid and decreased movement is normal after this kind of surgery. As the swelling resolves, the lid ptosis should improve significantly. Follow your doctors instructions closely. Best wishes.
