as you can see my right eye is tighter and more closed than my left. I have a skin crease on my right eye just next to my nose but not on my left due to a chicken pock mark when I was younger however I don't think this has attributed to my right eye's overall shape over the years. in all honesty it gets me down from time to time, but I presume I'm going to be told I'm better off leaving it alone? please let me know if this is even vaguely fixable. ignore the kettle. thanks

Answer: Asymmetrical eyes The photo is not close enough to appreciate the detail you describe. However, it is close enough to show that you are a very handsome young man who has a nice masculine appearance who does not need any surgical intervention. In fact the degree of asymmetry is so minor it would be in the "normal" category as most people have some degree of asymmetry. Let me share with you an interesting and true story about asymmetry. One of my close friends in Plastic Surgery is famous occuloplastic surgeon. He once took a photo of Christy Turlington ( famous model before your time) and split it down the middle and then duplicated both sides such that he he now had two photos where each one was now a perfectly symmetrical face. He then showed these to his audience and they looked like twins which were slightly different. However, what was so striking was that neither of the new Christy Turlington's were as attractive as the original asymmetric Christy Turlington. Therefore asymmtery is not always and bad thing and many times can be seen as something that adds interest or balance to a persons face.
