What can I do about my crooked nose?

 A closed rhinoplasty approach can address straightening of the crooked nose. Osteotomies will need to be  applied to the nasal bones. Sometimes a cartilaginous spreader graft is harvested from inside the nose and placed underneath a concave upper lateral cartilage in the midportion of the nose.
