Hello I have a crooked huge nose and I hateit so much. I wish u had small straight nose. My nose is crooked and ugly and I just can't stand it. It makes me so depressed. Im under 18 and I just can't wait until im older. What can I do or is there ?

Answer: Rhinoplasty Surgery in a 16 Year Old Needs To Be Carefully Considered At 16, from an anatomic standpoint, you are old enough to undergo a rhinoplasty which would be able to address some of your concerns. Altering your facial features as a 16-year-old however, really is a big deal. Are you doing it for the right reasons? Will it solve the problems you are expecting it to solve? Support from your parents and family is a big part of this. I would start by having a long discussion with your parents about this. If you all agreed that this is something that would make sense investigating further, visit an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who includes computer imaging as a part of his or her preoperative evaluation. There are 2 main issues you need to figure out at this point. Is a rhinoplasty really the right thing for you? And, is this really the right time to do it? If it is the right thing to do but not the right time to do it, it'll still be the right thing to do in another year or 2. Good luck.
