My suggestion would be to use a filler in the depressions such as Volbella, a Juvederm product, and also Platelet Rich Plasma injected directly under the areas. From your pics I think it's too early to make a judgement. There are still unresorbed stitches and swelling from the surgery. Give it some more time as the stitches need to absorb and the swelling to go down before you can make a final judgement. It may be as little as 4-6 weeks post-op but be patient.

From the pictures you look like a good candidate. Understand that the Smart Lipo is the common household name for a laser assisted liposuction. The actual Smart Lipo machine is not very efficient for the tightening in my opinion so most surgeons have moved on to other lasers or to Vaser or a combo. I think just straight up Lipo with no laser or Vaser may not get your skin as tight as you may desire but can remove the fat well. If you have had an hour glass figure in the past then you can find it again with lipo of the abdomen and flanks and some laser work on the back skin folds. Results are over several weeks but should do well.

Thanks for your question. Injection along the vermillion border and lifting the frenulum is an excellent way to enhance the look of the lip without making them too big. From looking at your picture it appears it would work well. I either use Juvederm Ultra or a thinner Juvederm Volbella depending on what the needs are. If you get it done, ask for a lip nerve block as this will completely numb the upper lip and make the experience better. Hope this helps.

Great question to a common problem. Injection on the high side, strategically placed, can even them out easily. I would start with a smaller dose since it is only going in on one side and adjust it after about 2 weeks if more is needed. Should correct the problem.

I always tell my patients not to rub the raised bumps as they will go away quickly. Light washing the face within an hour is ok but avoid pressure. I also tell them to do light application of make up afterward, avoiding any hard application. After about 3-4 hours increased pressure is ok

There are multiple ways to treat this. I only see your hand photo. Fraxel laser to the lower arm and hands can improve on the skin appearance but will not address the lack of volume on the back of the hand. I would recommend a fat transfer to the back of the hands to address that. Fat can be obtained form the abdomen or thigh area and placed there easily to fill out that volume defect. Fillers can also be used but have a shorter duration compared to fat. If your skin laxity is not too great then Lipo with laser or a newer energy called Renuvion Plasma can easily pull the skin up in both the thighs and arms. Doing that should give you a nice look with skin improvement without the scarring from surgery. Hope this helps

I like the Juvederm Volbella in the lip. Very minimal swelling, mostly from just the trauma of a needle stick. Vobella is injected with a smaller needle as compared to Juvy Ultra so not as much needle trauma. I also use Juvederm Ultra XC for the pencil thin lips but the swelling is a little more but is short lived. Hope this helps

Thanks for that good question. Historically the injections have been subcutaneous several years ago. It was painful in a lot of men even after numbing cream. Over the last couple of years it has been shown that a better outcome is obtained from sub-dermal injections. More effective and hurts less or none at all. Good luck.

I have injected Voluma after chin implants and jaw extension surgery as well as trauma. It requires meticulous cleansing as always to reduce the bacteria on the skin and an avoidance of direct injection on the wire if it is still palpated. After all this time it usually has callous formation and is "buried." None the less it would be fine to inject but be sure your injector is aware of where the surgery was done. Hope this helps.

Dr.Odell is absolutely amazing! I had a labiaplasty preformed by him less than a week ago, and I feel as if I'm a new person! He was the most down to earth, kindest doctoor I have EVER been to. Ok so I figured I would write a review on my adventure. I have wanted this for years and finally found an affordable and amazing Surgeon. I wanna say the best thing about the facility that did my surgery that the surgeon gives u his number at anytime of day or night u have questions or concerns he is available answers anything and everything and thats an amazing feeling to know you can text or call and get an answer. Day of surgery - went awesome they talked to me during the procedure didn't feel a single thing did local anesthetics was in and out, got home and I never cry lol I was in horrible pain couldn't use pain pills they make me sick I was miserable. Advice- Ice all day every day all night I did it for like a week and a half. Don't move if u don't have to keep pressure off ur butt put pillow under ur butt/legs. Dont wear jeans if u can wear a long dress and no underwear I recommend it lol. Don't over do things, Use Dermoplast for itching and burning works amazing numbs the area to relieve pain & helps heal! I was one healing quick and good but sure wasn't able to have sex at 4,6 or even 7 weeks after surgery everyone heals differently no big deal. I would recommend no earlier then 8 weeks. Finally at 8 weeks I was able to have sex thank gosh lol. I couldn't be any happier of my results no regrets what so ever and deff recommend the facility I went to amazing surgeon and staff honestly.
I love Dr. O'Dell. He is so down to earth and makes you feel so conferrable. I recently had my smart lipo procedure done a day ago, and I can already tell a HUGE difference in my body. I took the bandages off and I was in shock. I felt so calm during the entire procedure. I have a very low pain toloerance and I didn't feel hardly any pain whats so ever. Even today, I'm not in any pain. Just feels like I did a lot of sit ups. He is so awesome!! I can't wait to see what I will look like in about a month or so! I will post updates!!
I had a labiaplasty performed by Dr.O'Dell this morning and I could not be more excited or pleased with my experience . The procedure was painless and he made me feel very comfortable. I absolutely love Dr. O'Dell. He does my Botox and juvederm injections. Every visit he is always so great. Never in a hurry and always makes sure you are satisfied with the outcome. I made the mistake of trying somewhere else one time because of a friend wanting me to go with her....Never again will I do that. Not only did it end of costing me more, but I really believe what they were using was not the real deal...I ended up going back to Dr. O'Dell just a month after my waste of time and money at the other place just to be able to see a difference. Everyone at the office is great too. Would definitely recommend Dr. O'Dell to anyone looking for Botox or fillers.
After having my last child my ability to hold my urine became impossible. I had leakage when I ran or did any type of exercise. After having the last procedure I was able to do all of those things again without leaking or running to the restroom. So happy I chose to have it done and I would definitely do it again!
I'm 36 and have three kids,all c-sections. My youngest is 13. I had a consultation a few weeks ago at Genesis in Florence Sc. I was a little surprised I never got to see the doctor. My consultation was with Mary Daniels I told her my concerns with my flabby skin over my c-section and over my belly button. She assured me it would be no problem my skin would lift and tighten up and be flat after the procedure. She was really nice and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions.I'll post before pics and follow up with weekly pics after my procedure. Updated on 30 May 2015: I had my procedure two days ago, it wasn't scary like I thought. The Dr was awesome he talked to me before and explained what could be done listened to all my questions and answered. He was great with keeping me calm and relaxed. Its only been two days so no pics to update. I have a follow up in five days. I'm hoping to use the pic he took for my before to post as well as the one on my follow up. Dr O'Dell seemed to take a lot of pride in his work and I felt he worked really hard to get me a good result. In time I'm sure I'll look great because of his work.
