I have gone to Dr. Mall a few times over the last couple of years. In the past, I've gone through a few Doctors, and never return. Dr. Mall has experience, very fair prices, and thinks outside of the box. He is confident with his experience, knowledgeable, polite, and honest. One approach doesn't fit all. He knows what he is doing! Candace (manager of the office) is also exceptional. Shes intelligent, helpful, and honest. "New Image" really stands out above the rest.

I have been going to Dr. Mall for close to 10 years. He is a great physician & is very helpful & knowledgeable with all aspects of improving your health and image. He is never pushy and works with each individual on their own specific goals. I highly recommend him.

Dr Mall and his staff are great. He is very patient and takes time to explain everything. You never feel rushed or pressured. His work is beautiful too. I’ve had multiple treatments done and I’ve been very happy with all of them. His manager Candice is great too and and very helpful at finding promotions and discounts through the vendors for you. I’ve been going to Dr. Mall for Botox for about 5-6 years! He is incredible. He is the most experienced injector, and physician I’ve ever come across. I only trust him :) highly recommended, and honest.

Dr. Mall is amazing. I was hesistant my first time getting Botox and then fillers years later but he made me feel very comfortable each time. He’s great about starting with a little and then adding more, rather than being super aggressive about doing a lot at once. Everytime I go he always finds something to compliment me on and is genuinely a very nice person that also is great about explaining what procedures would be great without making you feel like you really need something done. The results were great! people said I looked refreshed and beautiful afterwards. That’s exactly the result I was looking for. The staff is also great. Candace is so sweet and obviously beautiful. LOVE Dr. Mall, and his front desk staff, they all have great personalities! I have noticed a lot of front desk staff and doctors tend to have condescending or rude personalities in Las Vegas but here they are friendly, chatty, fun, and won't make you feel uncomfortable about asking information on procedures. No matter how bad you drag in looking Dr. Mall will make you feel great about yourself and tell you the honest truth about anything you do or don't need. Because I work in the industry and my job is based on my looks and body Dr. Mall has been my lifesaver for over 4 years. I started doing botox and under eye fillers In 2015, tried a few other places and was never happy with the results, the botox would wear off after a month or two max, the under eye fillers were uneven, still dark and sunken, not done correctly for the results I wanted and I would have to find time to g back every 2 months. Dr. Mall is on it, has changed my looks for the best 150%, I hate looking at "before" Dr. Mall pictures, he has been a life changer! I can now go to the gym, be seen in public on my days off with just a hat, no makeup, all natural. A little bit of Dysport around my eyes and forehead so I don't get eye crinkles, a little bit of Juvaderm underneath them to get rid of the tired sunken look and whatever we have left from my under eye fillers he adds to my upper cheeks or lips for just enough of that sexy natural look. I love not having to put makeup on anymore thanks to him! He better not ever retire!

I am very satisfied with my results. My lips look plump but very natural. I have had Restylane Kysse before and amazed at how long the product lasts. There was very minimal bruising. FemTouch is a laser treatment that helps stimulate collagen and elastin to create new, healthy tissue and promote blood flow. It was a quick and safe in office procedure that took about five minutes. No pain and no anesthesia. The reason I even considered FemTouch was to improve my vaginal dryness, increase vaginal sensation, and laxity. I’ve had two children, both of them were vaginal deliveries, and both were over 9lbs. Although I am very athletic and my children are well in their twenties, I always felt that I could be a little tighter, a little wetter and I was tired of spending money on gels and creams. Kegels, squats and a healthy lifestyle helped with tightening, but I just felt like I could do more, and “boy was I right!” The only reason I am putting my personal business out here is because my very happy husband said, ‘You should write a review on this” (SMILE). It was such a great experience for the both of us. I felt things I had never felt before like every pulsing vein on his penis and an orgasm like never before….there it is, that feeling I was looking for, and even better than I had anticipated. Three treatments, three months and BOOM! Yikes? WOW! oh YES!!!

I was so impressed by the office and staff I wanted to write a review of my tattoo removal experience. I’ve had a cover up tattoo that is pink , black, and white for 5 years and have tried other lasers , such as Q switch , picosure and Yag. I’ve had only mild fading over the last 5 years, mostly in the black part of the tattoo. I have only undergone 5 treatments due to the severe pain and blistering I experience with each treatment. I was losing hope until my fiancée mentioned the newest laser called picoway. It is better for colors, and despite what I thought, black also can have small pigments of green and blue. Dr Mall came highly recommended. His assistant Cindy prepped me for my removal. She made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Mall has wonderful bedside manner and both he and his staff are empathetic and knowledgable. The biggest difference with his office is that he is a physician and personally injects lidocaine to numb the area. I cannot tell you what a difference that made!!! I have been to a dermatologist and “the best” medical tattoo removal places with disappointing and painful results. It is more costly (about double the cost) to use lidocaine but the treatment lasted longer (15 minutes versus 3-5 minutes with no lidocaine) and the doctor was able to get the entire tattoo and ALL the colors evenly in one setting! My projected treatments until tattoo is gone is approximately 6-8. I felt 90% less pain and actually enjoyed my experience ! Dr Mall explained that my tattoo is dense and has multiple colors, likely because it was a cover up. This is probably why it has been so hard to remove in the past. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mall and Cindy. Hope this helps someone out there!
