Left side chest muscle is not growing after gynecomastia surgery (Photo)

Question

i had my gyno surgery 15days back. Doctor Advised me to keep the stickers on areola. But even after 15days, my chest muscle is not developing as iam eating daily 2 eggs and protein powder and other nutrition food. my right side chest muscle is growing slowly and it seems fine, but my left side chest muscle is not developing and still the ribs area looks like popout and chest area at sappar side is flat. pls help me ur valuable ideas to develop the left chest muscles too......

Hello, thanks for sharing your pics. Gynecomastia surgey involves only the fat and gland and it has no effect on the underlying muscle. Its to early to comment on the results the edema takes upto 2 months to reduce. If the depression still persists then fat grafting is an option. Be patient and followup with your surgeon.

Hey there,It is too early to assess your result. You need to wait patiently for three months post-surgery. You can resume exercise after 6 weeks. If you continue to have the deformity after 6 weeks you could correct it by “Fat grafting”
