kay guys!!!! its happening!! im getting me some boobies!! Yesterday I had my pre-op with Dr. Diktaban. I LOVE HIM! hes so sweet, and really knowledgeable. He's honest with his opinion but also takes into consideration what I want. I showed him some pictures of wish boobies and hes going to base the size off of that. Which makes me alittle nervous that I didnt leave the office knowing what size Im going to be. He explained I cant fixate on the number "cc" but I need to go with what my body will be able to handle. He order sizes 320cc-400cc and is going to make the decision while im in surgery using sizers. IM SO EXCITED! yet nervous at the same time lol. Any tips on what I should stock in my house before surgery?? Ill post some pictures of what I loook like now ! Updated on 23 Aug 2017: Tomorrow is my big day!! I am super excited and NERVOUS! my stomach hurts from nerves, haha. Ive been staring at my girls all night thinking ill never see them again! lol, hopefully, I bought everything I needed too, now my lovely boyfriend will be pampering me for the rest of the weekend. Time for bed and to stop reading things on here, I will post my new babies tomorrow and then some before and after! Also will update on which size was used. :-) Updated on 25 Aug 2017: IM IN LOVE!!! my boobies look amazing! Dr. Diktaban and all of his staff did an AMAZING job! the size is perfect, absolutely perfect couldn't be happier. I just want to give special thanks to the nurse Ann Marie who took such good care of me and always was there if I had a question or just to reassure me everything is ok. I have had nothing but a positive experience so far. I thought I would have "boob greed" or some depression after but have experienced non of that. im just so excited to see what they look like after they drop and fluff. Yesterday wasn't too bad probably because I still had a lot of meds with me, im sore today probably because i walked around a lot yesterday so today im in bed all day unless for the bathroom and food because the hubby is at work. If I could recommend one thing it would be make sure you have enough comfy pillows and FACE WIPES! my skin is so oily and i can't wash it so wipes would have come in handy haha, i will post my post- op pictures and the incision site. Anyone else noticed dried blood on their steri strips?? Hoping everything is healing okay :) Updated on 27 Aug 2017: Today is much easier for me, I havent taken any medicine since late last night and only took a tylenol woohoo! Boobies are still swollen, hard and slightly sore. Just feels like I had a crazy chest workout. Tuesday I go for my follow up. i hope everything is healing okay! I showered yesterday and finally felt like a NORMAL HUMAN! haha Ive been religiously icing them which helps a lot. I cooked a little today and made some coffee but still taking it really slow and my bf is helping out, HES AMAZING! Couldnt have done this without him. Cant wait till they drop, im going to post daily pics to show the changes of them!! Updated on 28 Aug 2017: Today was my first day driving ! it was a little difficult but I liked to know I could do it in case an emergency, im also going crazy inside of my house! haha. Girls are swollen and tight but haven't needed any pain meds yay! My skin is alittle red on top of my breast, not sure if its from the bra or stretching of my skin , anyone else notice that problem? im not too worried about it. I will upload pictures I took today, everything is looking great, just want them to drop and soften lol, going to shower later today and hopefully go into work tomorow (babysit) but do have to take it slow. Updated on 28 Aug 2017: Guys!!! I felt soo goood today and was so proud of myself for driving showering and cooking on my own but OMGG... my back is KILLING ME! what did you guys do to help this?? i literally just laid on my floor and hugged my knees, it felt so freaking good, now im going to use a heating pad. Did anyone else have this issue ??:( my back hurts worse then my boobs lol. Updated on 29 Aug 2017: Just an update! Had my follow up today, Dr said everything is healing well, all great news :) he changed the steri strips and suggested the boobie massages! I will start tonight, will post some pics I took today, can't wait for them to start softening up :) love them so far. Dr recommended i keep on the compression bra, although it makes me feel most comfortable I only have one so I may need to order another one or something else, I'm getting bored staring at this bra every day and it doesn't really look cute under clothes lol. think i might go treat myself to a mani and pedi today :) good rainy day for it !!! Updated on 30 Aug 2017: Just an update!!! feel good today, still tight and hard but slowly getting better :) i posted a picture with the length of the gap inbetween L nd R, hope it gettings smaller over time ! :) still cant believe theses are mine!!!!!!!! <3 Updated on 31 Aug 2017: 1 week today since my surgery :) feel great, breast are still tight, but no pain. still massaging when i can . i love lookin at them. lol they look like they're slowly dropping! Updated on 2 Sep 2017: Feel great, boobies getting softer as the days go on, still tight in the morning. my incisions are starting to get itchy now, ive been massaging religiously !!! loving how they look Updated on 7 Sep 2017: Hello Beautiful Ladies!!!! I am updating at my 2 week mark. I feel great, boobs feel great, still slightly tight in the morning but know where near what it was. I get sharp pains in the incisions/nipple area, i read its due to the nerves firing. Anyways, i LOVEEEEE my new boobies! i bought some comfy sports bras, i went toVS and they fitted me for a 38C but i think it felt small, it did give me a nice cleavge though. i know its really early to buy a bra but i was going away for the weekend and needed a bra other than my compression ones to look nice in a dress LOL needless to say they did! I will be updating at the end of this month to show you improvements and what my incisions look like. I still have the steri strips on and i clean and change them myself. Feel free to ask any questions!! Updated on 5 Oct 2017: Hello Lovelys, I have been really bad with posting on here, school has consumed my life! Anyways, today I am offically 6 weeks post op. I had a doctors appt this morning and he said everything looks beautiful!!! I had an issue with my right scar healing because the stitches were coming out but two weeks ago he removed them and now it looks amazing and is closing up nicely. I am soo happy with them! I do wish they were bigger sometimes but I know down the road they will change after kids and i can always get another surgery. My hubby loves them and thinks their perfect for my size, this week I will go bra shopping. Two weeks ago I went to VS to get a non-wired bra because I got bored of the sports bras and she fit me into a 38C, I thought it was small but it gave my breasts a nice push up. I will post some pictures of them an also with the bra I bought from VS, they dont hurt anymore of feel tight or hard, i can move them without any pain or discomfort! i actually have been going back to the gym too doing some light weight lifting and feel great. feel free to ask any questions/ comments / concerns, I will update at the 2-month mark as well :-) yayy Updated on 4 Apr 2018: Hi Everyone!! Sorry I have not been able to keep up with my BA here, life has been soo busy! I almost forget I got them done sometimes, lol. I am going to post pictures of them now. They have dropped ALOT since Iv'e posted last, there comfortable, softy, jiggly, lol. Also, I have no more pain in my scars, they are closed and I still continue to put bio oil on it along with coco butter because I developed some ugly stretch marks on them :-( Anyways, still love them! In some pictures, they look funny or uneven but its hard to take a picture of them at a perfect angle. I think my natural boobs "sagged" or were more spread out than most people's are (which is why I wanted a BA lol ) but so the implant had naturally taken that shape, let me know what you guys think, maybe I'm over analyzing them?!!? lol ANYWAYS, I will def get them done again in the future, bigger and after kids. But for now still loving and enjoying them every day!! will try to update more for you guys :-)
Day 7, feeling better each day. No regrets, would do it all over again. Have my days with pain and walking but all worth it. Now I actually have a bellybutton lol. I was very insecured when it came to beach time or just getting fully naked. This has been one of my best choices , my confidence it back and I feel great! Updated on 18 Jun 2017: Today I made 11 weeks post op tummy tuck and I am loving my results. My Dr. Is amazing!!!! Updated on 18 Jun 2017: Updated on 25 Jun 2017: It has been 14 years since I had my son that I am able to wear a bathing suit. If I was to do it all again I would in a heart beat. Now it's not easy, swelling comes and goes but I am happy!
I started my research to find the perfect doctor as soon as I got back from my yearly beach vacation. I am in pretty good shape, I exercise and eat right, am at a good weight but I am so unhappy with the belly bulge that no matter what I do doesn’t go away. I had 4 separate consultants with leading plastic surgeons specializing in laser liposuction in NYC. Once I met Dr. Diktaben I knew he was the one. Double Board certified with years of experience. I felt right at ease with him. He has a professional and friendly demeanor and answered all my questions and concerns. He went out of his way to explain the procedure and more than that, his approach to it. Post op I saw results immediately. I had little swelling and bruising. Six months later, everything looks great, but perfectionist that he is, Dr. Diktaben pointed out a little pocket of fat near my belly button and something else I had not noticed before, some lower back fat. He explained that removing it would accentuate my waistline and give me a better contour. Not only was he honest with his opinion, he didn’t charge me for the second procedure. Second Op went great, less pain and quicker recovery. I am ecstatic about the results. My waist is TINI, flat abs, and I have perfect hourglass figure I’ve always wanted. All in all, I lost 4-5 inches on my waist alone. I highly recommend Dr. Diktaben and I also want to mention his super friendly and professional staff.
I am in my late 40’s and I work out 3-5 times per week and eat pretty well however with time and gravity I had some areas on my body that just was not responding to diet and exercise. I had a consultation with Dr. Theodore Diktaban and his staff and he did not judge me because I came in with a sheet full of questions. He addressed all of my concerns made me feel comfortable. After the consultation I knew that I wanted him to perform my procedure. I had smartlipo done on my abdomen, outer/inner thighs and my full back. The procedure which I had three weeks ago was done under local anesthesia and except for some minor pain during the procedure I was sleeping most of the time. Dr. Diktaban’s staff was the greatest they are kind and thoughtful and I felt completely comfortable during the procedure and after the procedure. I am there weeks post op and still have some swelling but I can see the results in my thighs and my love (hate) handles are gone. I look forward to seeing the full results in the next few months.
I had bags under my eyes and don't want to have surgery. I went to Dr.Diktaban and he explained how he can inject my under eye and get rid of the hollowness. I was bruised for a few days which concealer covered and swollen. the results are amazing!!!! I look younger and rested and no more bags. all my friends want to know what I've done. I will definitely recommend dr.diktaban. If you have an affair to go to and bruise easily give yourself a week.
A friend of mine recommended Dr Diktaban and I would tell anyone else not to look any further for a plastic surgeon. Dr Diktaban is a trustworthy and highly skilled professional with an excellent technique and his practice utilizes state of the art technology. He is a warm, personable and respectful caregiver who manages his schedule well and does not keep patients waiting. I was very pleased with the care I received for my rhinoplasty procedure beginning with my first consultation meeting with Dr Diktaban and straight through my last post-op appointment. Everything went very smoothly and each step of the way Dr Diktaban and staff took excellent care of me and made me feel like I was their most important patient. I was very happy with the end results of my procedure and healing process. My post surgical nose is now more proportionate to my face and petite frame but even more importantly, I still recognize myself when I look in the mirror! It was basically these two factors that were most important to me when I made the decision to have rhinoplasty and in selecting Dr Diktaban as my surgeon.
I went to get rid of sun spots. It was the best thing I ever did. Not only are they gone my skin looks gorgeous . If I get a pimple it comes right to a head and is gone . I get compliments all the time. I went during lunch was red for a few hrs and that was it. I can't wait to go back and do my neck and chest .
Best bedside manner of any doctor I've ever visited. Extremely personable and has a wonderful, calming presence. I had a very simple procedure - removing a cyst from my abdomen. Nevertheless, I was nervous, and the friendly professionalism of his staff as well as Dr. Diktaban's calm, kind demeanor made all the difference. Incredibly refreshing that his staff was so great and well-organized. I would definitely go back for cosmetic work in the future.
I met with dr diktaban on 2/2 i had gotten a free consultation. My breast have been something that have bothered me for a veryyy long time but I've never been comfortable with the idea of implants. Any way all of the communication I've had with the staff first via phone, email, text then in person on my appt day was incredible they were all so nice and welcoming. As soon as the doctor walked in the room he was cheerful and kind it was as if I was speaking with and old friend I felt as of I've known him for years. He explained everything in great detail answered all the questions and concerns I had and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. What I really liked was when I mentioned I wasn't comfortable with the idea of implants he nodded and didn't bring it up at all or try to convince me otherwise like some other doctors do. His patient care coordinator is also an absolute doll! On my way out she shook my hand and said "welcome to the family". She's even waiting in the office later then usual for my husband to get there to pick up paper work( he's works late and I can't get there as I have a small child). I have 110% confident that I am in more then capable hands and will be very well taken care of. From the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor him self you can tell they all really care about you. They truly do make you feel like part of the family! Will post again when procedure is done. Updated on 20 Feb 2015: Hello every one.. Had surgery yesterday and I'm very sore but not unbearable the pain meds help a lot... My belly hurts the most because they did a lot of lipo so I walk like a little oold lady lol but the more I move the easier it gets when I'm laying down I'm very comfortable. Dr had to tape my stomach along with the binder bcuz I have a lot of loose skin from my pregnancy so that's a little worse then before but I don't mind that bcuz I plan to have another child.. Any way I was a 34b before now I'm a double D.. After about a year I'll probably be a full C ..everything from the dr to the nurses and medical assistants were absolutely amazing everyone of them was so sweet and caring U can tell they really care about U it was a more then wonderful expierence .. I will continue to update as the days and my healing goes on .. Going to post pictures when I get them.. The dr took some and I have a follow up with him on Monday so I'm going to ask for them then.. If anyone has any questions for me I'll be more then happy to answer them feel free to private message me if ud like :) Updated on 21 Feb 2015: Took a shower today so I saw my new boobs for the first time and I am in LOVE they look absolutely amazing I can't wait to get the before and after pics Updated on 25 Feb 2015: Hello everyone I am about 1 week post op now and I'm feeling great. Not in any type of pain.. No swelling and VERY minimum bruising. Some woman have a lot of the same questions so I will try to put those all in this review and as always if there's anything I missed and you want to know please don't hesitate to ask I am an open book. Ok 1st I did not use the brava system reason for this is because I had a lot of sagging and loose skin (i had a breast lift along with the fat transfer)so the Brava system was not necessary.. The doctor said that I could lose anywhere from 30 to 50% of the fat transferred any fat that dies will just absorb into my body..2 There is a possibility of calcification if the procedure is performed correctly it's not likely to happen I was told if I felt any hard spots to gently massage them and return to the office... #3 I did not go under general anesthesia for my procedure..I was conscious the entire time and was able to communicate back-and-forth with the surgeon certain parts felt a little weird but was in no real pain and local instead of general anesthesia makes the healing process time much easier. And there's a lot fewer risks With local then with general anesthesia 4 I started out a 34b and am now a 34DD even if I lost 50% I'd still be about a C cup and I'm perfectly happy with that i'm so happy with my results and I'm feeling incredible not to mention my confidence is through the roof. My only complaints at this time is that I am super itchy from the tape and the stitches healing but that was expected and is a sign that the body is healing correctly. Again anything I missed feel free to ask. Now I know that you've all been dying to see my before and after photos.. Silly me forgot to take before photos so I'm waiting for the surgeon to email them to me but I will post my after photo here..I had a type of deformity called tubular breast basically what that is is during puberty for some reason the breast don't fully develop or don't develop properly Most of the time it's a genetic thing. Since I don't have before photos at this moment you could Google pictures of tubular breast To get a little bit of an idea of what mine looked liked before and as you'll see by the after photo The results are absolutely incredible. Thanks for reading and I hope this helped
As a 47 year old and mother of 3 I decided it was time to do something to make my self feel better. I startTed looking into the bbl procedure, and was very interested in it but hesitant at the same time. After doing plenty of research and visiting different doctors I decided to go with Dr. Theodore DEKTABAN I am very pleased with my result even though I'm haven't healed 100%. Can't wait too see the final result once im completely healed. He was very informative answered all my questions and made me feelaugh comfortable. I couldn't be happier with my results.
Thank you for taking the time to submit your question. Based on your photos and your description, I feel that your assessment is doable. Of course, you would need an in-person visit to examine the inside of your nose. That cannot be done virtually as you would know. Please find an experienced plastic surgeon that can address all of your concerns.
There is no doubt that fat transfer to the breast along with a breast lift works. The variables to be concerned are the following: how much of lift is needed, how much of an augmentation is desired and how much fat do you have for the transfer. One benefit that many doctors do not mention is the fact that in harvesting or gathering the fat, you benefit from what liposuction has to offer. Not a bad trade off!! You definitely need to have a consultation with a doctor who believes in the breast lift/fat transfer procedure.
Thank you for submitting your question and photograph. Addressing a bulbous nasal tip is a very common concern and question. The tip cartilages can be reshaped to give you the desired shape, size and proportion to go along with the rest of your nose, and of course, with your entire face. It can be done either with the closed or open technique depending on the scope of work. Please find an experienced nasal surgeon as part of your search. Good luck.
Thank you for submitting your question. In answer to your question, raising the nasal bridge will not effect eyebrow movement. That should be reassuring. Please find a plastic surgeon who has abundance of experience in nasal surgery. Experience does matter. Good luck.
Thank you for submitting your important question. You are not alone. All plastic surgeons have their own way of approaching each operation which includes rhinoplasty and midface options. We have different styles representing years of experience. I equate surgeons to being a chef. We all have different recipes. I recommend that you meet with different plastic surgeons who should be very experienced in nasal surgery. Go with your gut feeling as to who you trust the most. That should work. Good luck
