Hi, my name is Dan, i had a gynecomastia liposuction surgery 4 month ago, and i am not sadisfied. I still feel swelling on my nipples, i think one of the probleme is because the doctor told me to not wear the vest. I need to know if will pass with time or if there is someting i can do!

Thank you for the photos.Its hard to say if you are swollen but it is still possible to be swollen at 4 months.  From the photos, you look pretty good.

Hey there,Liposuction alone may not address the glandular tissue that causes the bulge around the nipples. Excision of the gland is required to even out the chest wall. Post-op swellings will reduce by 1-2 month’s time. Since it's been longer get an assessment done and probably you might need a corrective surgery.

Your photos show what appears to be a very nice result. You may have residual postop swelling in the nipple/areola or some retained tissue there. If it is swelling, it will go away by 1 year postop; if it is residual tissue and persists after that, you can probably have a touchup under local anesthesia, but be careful not to be too aggressive about seeking perfection as there is a risk of creating an indentation of the nipple area with more tissue removal under the nipple. Speak to your surgeon about your observations to understand your options.
