I did a gyno surgery many years ago. The results have been horrible. Lots of loose skin and the areola has settled below my chest muscle. Is there a way to fix this? I'm really trying to not have massive scars but I don't know if fat transfer would be enough given how bad my situation is.

Thank you for your question and photo. I would recommend liposuction and fat graft the first instance as this is more natural (your own body) and hence unlikely to get rejected in the long term. I have had good results with fat grafting and correction of this problem. Best of luck.
