Can a botched gynecomastia surgery be fixed? How would you recommend? (Photo)

From your pictures, I'm not sure that your result is "botched. The biggest challenge to evaluating your result is that you have not posted any preoperative photos.That being said, most any surgical result can be revised. The question is, are the risks versus benefits of the revisionary surgery favorable for you. It appears as though you have some residual loose skin, cutting this out to tighten it up will in fact create some new scars. That does not mean that the scars will be worse or more, however. An in person evaluation from your local plastic surgeon is recommended.
