5 years after gyno surgery still not happy! What can I do to correct this? (photo)

I had Gyno surgery 5 years ago on the nhs.my right nipple is still very puffy and my chest is still loose. I know I’m not exactly the skinniest but I’ve lost weight and the breast tissue is still there. I’m very upset with the results and I still have no confidence. I have lost all feeling in my left nipple and if I squeeze the lump on my right nipple puss comes out. What can I do? I’m so fed up :/ the photo I have added I am lying down and you can still see they are slightly raised.

Thank you for submitting your question.  At the 5 year mark, what you see and feel is what you have.  Wound healing is complete.  I cannot comment with any specifics because the one photo that you submitted does not provide enough information.  I would recommend submitting additional photos.  More importantly, I would contact a plastic surgeon and have him or her obtain your history, examine you and then make a treatment plan for you.  Good luck.
