I have so many things wrong with me and it’s sucks going through life if I can’t love myself because everyone is normal and my body is horrible.
Answer: Gynecomastia? Thanks for your post and photos. After reviewing your photos, it does seem that you have the typical appearance of gynecomastia (fullness in lower chest, widened areola, firm tissue under areola). Surgical correction is usually the only way to treat and fully correct gynecomastia. You would definitely benefit from gynecomastia correction! My best advice would be to schedule a consultation with a surgeon who has a wealth of experience treating gynecomastia patients and is an ABPS board certified plastic surgeon who is also a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Surgeon Plastic Surgeons. Board certification and membership in these societies demonstrates a surgeon's commitment to excellence in treatment of cosmetic issues. Find a surgeon that you like and that you are on the same page with as far as their plan and your expectations. Make sure that you see multiple before and after photos of gynecomastia correction results that you like, so that you have a very good idea of what result you would like to achieve. This way you can develop that treatment plan with your surgeon. Answer: Do I have #gynecomastia? Your photos appear to show some enlargement consistent with gynecomastia. There is usually a medical workup done to rule out other treatable causes of the condition (for instance, steroid use, pituitary tumors, hormonal issues) before recommending surgery. Surgery usually involves a combination of liposuction and direct glandular tissue removal.I am concerned about your other statement regarding your self-esteem. While surgery can certainly help correct gynecomastia, you need to be in the right psychological frame of mind to be a good surgical candidate and your body is NOT horrible as is. Almost every human being I have ever met has something about his/her body that he/she might like to change, so be realistic with your expectations, and go on some consultations to get educated about your options.

Answer: Do I have gynecomastia gynecomastia is the development of female breast tissue in the mail chest. Comes in many shapes and forms as well as different degrees of severity. Based on your photographs it would look like you do you have gynecomastia. Of course a diagnosis cannot be made until you had a physical examination. The treatment options include direct excision of the breast tissue or liposuction. Sometimes the combination approach is needed. In some instances we may even reduce the size of the areola or remove excess skin. My advice to you would be to seek a board-certified plastic surgeon and obtain a consultation
