BA 6 weeks ago: my lower pole has a"bumpy" appearance to it. Is this normal? 375cc, sub-muscular, inframammary. (Photos)

I had an undeveloped lower pole to begin with, but never this uneven, lumpy shape. Why does it look this way? Will this go away and become more "rounded"?
