I had an undeveloped lower pole to begin with, but never this uneven, lumpy shape. Why does it look this way? Will this go away and become more "rounded"?

Answer: Bumpy lower pole.. I appreciate your question. You’re still early in the process of healing and you’re seeing signs of tight tissues at the bottom of the breasts. It takes time for this to fully stretch and, overall, it appears your making good progress! Good Dr. Aldo

Answer: Lumpy Shape Thank you for your pictures. It sounds like you had some form of a tuberous breast (constricted lower breast). Tuberous breast shape can be improved with breast augmentation and typically the lower portion of the breast does round out in most cases. Please give this very nice result time. Best wishes.
