My breast lift with auto-augmentation unexpectedly ended up being my favorite part, I didn't lose any size and I LOVE them! Miracle worker.

I’m 19 and have always had a flat chest. I was about a 36B before my procedure, and I’ve never filled out shirts, dresses, bras, or bikinis the way I’d like to. I was blessed with big hips and a bubble butt, and all my weight goes to my butt and thighs, so I felt pretty out of proportion as well. I have a small waist and just wanted to perfect that hourglass figure. I did plenty of research and finally found Dr. Nicholas Howland, in Draper, Utah. He had glowing reviews and his prices were very affordable, so I booked a consultation. He and his staff game me plenty of information and were very patient and helpful. I scheduled a procedure date a few months out and started saving up. Initially, I wanted to go with 300 cc’s, but did my research and ended up deciding on 420 cc’s, silicone, under the muscle, inframammary incision. The total cost was $5,000. I was nervous for surgery because everyone’s recovery is different and there’s lots of possible complications, but everything went absolutely perfectly. The surgery was quick, and recovery has been seamless. I had surgery six days ago and went back to work yesterday. I’m driving, cooking, cleaning, etc. Things are already mostly back to normal. My range of movement is restricted slightly and I can’t lift anything above 15 lbs, and I’m still a little sore and bruised. But I’ve had no issues or complications, which I’m grateful for. Dr. Howland and his team have been absolutely wonderful and I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to get their boobs upgraded ;)! I’d like to add that I’ve been using a vibrating wand massager on them, and it has been the biggest lifesaver. It gets rid of the soreness very well, and it’s a good start to massaging them because they’re still a little tender. I’ve never heard that tip from anyone, but I’d highly recommend investing in one before surgery! Overall, my experience has been much better than expected, and I’m looking forward to when they drop and fluff!

I absolutely love Dr Howland and his entire staff. They took the time to answer all my questions and help me find the size that would look the best for my body. I never felt rushed or like I was just another patient. My biggest fear was having unbalanced breasts because one of mine is larger than the other. We were able to compensate with two different sizes to even everything out. I'm absolutely ocd about symmetry and they look perfect. The nipples are even and the size completely compliments my frame. I feel so feminine and beautiful. I love my new body!

I was looking for a plastic surgeon to perform an explant of my breast implants by way of enbloc. I had consulted with several doctors before my consultation with Dr. Howland. I knew within just a few minutes of meeting him that he was the doctor that I had been searching for. I had done a lot of research on the procedure that I wanted. I had 2 pages of questions for Dr. Howland. He was so very patient with answering each and every one of my questions and I knew already what the answers were that I was looking for. He was spot on with each answer, which I knew that he had performed this procedure enough to understand the importance of how it needed to be done. My second consultation I had another full page of questions for him that he answered to my satisfaction again and gave me great comfort once again that he was the doctor for me. His bedside manor is beyond fantastic. My surgery was scheduled for 3.5 to 4 hours long. He took almost 6 hours performing my surgery because he had listened to what I wanted and made sure that was exactly what I got. He is very meticulous with his work. I have spread his name amongst my friends and family. His staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall experience I would rate at a 10 star if possible. He has a new patient for life!

Dr. Howland done my Breast Reduction surgery. From my consolation to my post op visits he has been outstanding! Very easy to talk to, very meticulous and caring and Answered every question . From the very first visit I could tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his patients care! I’m three weeks post op and couldn’t be more pleased with my results and care I’ve received. Would definitely recommend Dr.Howland to anyone in need of wonderful surgeon.

I couldnt be more pleased with the results of my breast reduction completed by Dr. Howland. He has been extremely professional, thorough, and made himself accessible to answer any and all questions. At only two weeks post surgery the results are far exceeding my expectations. Dr.Howland is meticulous and I would recommend him 1000 times over to anyone intersted in this surgery. As an added bonus, every single nurse and staff member in his office shares a genuine interest in my well being, are pleasant, and have been a pleasure to obtain services from!
