Having your nose pierced, especially 3 months post-op, should have no affect on your breast augmentation. Good luck!

I appreciate your concern.  That should not be an issue.  The risk of infection should be extremely low.  Enjoy the piercing.  

Hi and congrats on your recent procedure. Being you are 3 months post-op, I do not foresee an issue with getting your nose pierced. Please follow up with your surgeon, being that all Doctors have different protocols and preferences regarding post op care and instructions.

You could have gone for it just 3-4 weeks after you BA. So yeah, you can get your piercing already without any fear of having any effect on you due to the BA procedure.
