Platysmaplasty left me with pain radiating in my ear, fluid sounds, and bumpy swelling. Advice? (photos)

Lana D.
had Platysmaplasty on September 2021. I knew something was wrong on the left side: excruciating pain radiating in my ear, sound of fluid in front of it, bad bumpy swelling. Operating surgeon couldn’t explain, so he decided it was all “in my head” and stopped seeing me. Situation was and is getting worse. I saw other surgeons who couldn’t help me, but agreed that muscles on my left side are very thick, tight hard and “rigid”. Some days I can’t talk. Is there anyone who has any idea what it is?
