Question

I've had filler , 3 rounds of Morpheus 8, thread lifts. But absolutely nothing are helping with these smile lines . What other procedure can help? I want lower facelift but ever doctor says I'm to young. I'm 32 I rather have scars from a facelift then have these smile lines . Please help

Thank you for your question and for sharing your photographs. Based on the images, I can see that you have moderate visibility of the labiomandibular lines on the right side and, to a lesser degree, on the left. There is also slight fullness along the jawline.

While a full facelift intervention could produce significant changes, it is generally considered too early to undergo such a procedure at the age of 32. However, there are effective alternatives that can address your concerns:

1.	Minimal Access Facelift: This procedure, performed through a small incision in the sideburn area, can lift and tighten the lower face. It is a less invasive option compared to a full facelift and is suitable for younger patients who have early signs of sagging or visible lines.
	2.	Micro-Liposuction: In combination with the minimal access facelift, a small amount of micro-liposuction to the jawline can help reduce the fullness and enhance the definition of your jawline. This combined approach can provide a more contoured and youthful appearance.

These procedures can effectively improve the visibility of the smile lines and the overall contour of the lower face with minimal downtime and scarring.

From the photos, the Advanced MiniLift under local would give such great results and is so easy to undergo.  It fixes the jawline and neck quick and safely.  Never go under general if you can help it. Cost is on special currently for just $15,000 and is so worth it. When you need it, you need it. Many patients are in their 20's and do great.

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone. Based on these photos, it looks that you are concerned about lines around mouth corners and nasolabial folds, lines between lips and nose. It has been our experience that fillers, when properly performed (look for a board certified plastic surgeon, rather than  "injector"), satisfy most of the needs. In some cases, nano fat grafts may help but you have to find someone very expirienced with that technicque. Hope this helps.

Your upper lip is not even and one side of your upper lip is longer than the other which could mean you do not move your mouth equally on both sides. An examination is needed to see how you are moving when you smile and relax.  If your muscles don't move equally on both sides, a small amount of Botox can be used on the stronger side to relax it some to be more even.
