Thank you for your question and for sharing your photographs. Based on the images, I can see that you have moderate visibility of the labiomandibular lines on the right side and, to a lesser degree, on the left. There is also slight fullness along the jawline.

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Based on these photos, it looks that you are concerned about lines around mouth corners and nasolabial folds, lines between lips and nose. It has been our experience that fillers, when properly performed (look for a board certified plastic surgeon, rather than "injector"), satisfy most of the needs. In some cases, nano fat grafts may help but you have to find someone very expirienced with that technicque. Hope this helps.

Your upper lip is not even and one side of your upper lip is longer than the other which could mean you do not move your mouth equally on both sides. An examination is needed to see how you are moving when you smile and relax. If your muscles don't move equally on both sides, a small amount of Botox can be used on the stronger side to relax it some to be more even.
