Thankyou for your query. I do not see any problems with undergoing a BBL procedure so many months after a chin liposuction. You will be on your stomach for a while when BBL is done, but I do not foresee the possibility of any problems because of your chin liposuction.
Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Yes, it would be safe for you to have a BBL at any time now.
Thanks for your question. Typically, I advise my patients to wait 5 months after having surgery to have another procedure. Hope this helps. Always consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Take care, Moises Salama MD, Board Certified Plastic
I would recommend asking your surgeon. But usually, because the chin is a small area and the recovery is minimal compared to a BBL. 3 months in between both surgeries should be enough.
Dear Gorgeous, thanks for sharing your concerns, every surgeon have their own pre and post op protocol, but in my opinion you can get a BBL 6 months after chin liposuction. Make sure you go on consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Hope this helps and best of lucks. Dr. Luis Mejia.
Thank you for your question. Yes can have this procedure done now without any problem. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results.Respectfully,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-
Hello @Gorgeous762828, thank you for your question. As chin liposuction is a simple procedure, you could do the BBL at this time if you wanted to. This is because it hasn't been 5 months since you had the procedure. For more information and recommendations is best to consult with one or several board certified plastic surgeons. Best wishes! Alan Gonzalez MD, FACS.
Dear Gorgeous762828,every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Chin Lipo is usually consider a minor procedure; the fat obtain from the chin is usually not use for a Bbl and the recovery is short. You already have plenty of time from your last surgery to get ready for a bbl. I recommend get a consultation with a board plastic surgeon to make an assessment and a personal evaluation of your particular case. Hope this help.
5 months is more than enough. You will still have to get the pre-op labs and clearence your doctor will probably order.Sincerely, Dr. Galaz
