6 months post-op - Do I need to go to the ER or PCM for this now? (Photo)

I had my bbl 6 months ago and my surgeon keeps saying it’s normal that it’ll close and it’s not infected and I believe it’s infected. It should of closed already puss still comes out and it’s making my butt crack peel and change color. Do I need to go to the ER or PCM for this now??

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Open wounds typically do not get infected. Yours also does not look infected and even if fluid is coming from an open wound which is normal is not puss. 
Sometimes that position can take longer to close because it’s in the midline and the skin inches rub against each other. Keeping it clean and doing local wound care is your best option.
Continue following up with your plastic surgeon.
There is nothing emergency room is going to do for a chronic wound and neither is your primary care doctor.
