10 months post-op - I still experience very minimal tenderness when I sit or lay down. Is tenderness still normal?

I got a BBL 10 months ago and I still expirience very minimal tenderness when I sit or lay down. When I first sit or lay on my butt there is a few moments of tenderness, it feels like a bruise would feel. No pain. IMy bum is soft and is nice no other complaints, but is tenderness still normal? My Dr used vaper lipo and said few months ago the pain was just residual swelling. It seems to slowly be getting better, maybe I just heal slowly? Please help! note: the pain described goes away fast
