Im27 and I don’t know how long it’s been like this but my right butt cheek is flatter and longer than my left. It’s like a fat pocket that hangs out of my shorts. You can literally pinch it. I tried to have it liposuctioned but that did not help.

Answer: What to do Liposuction was probably not the best idea for that area. Whenever showing pictures and the outcome of a previous procedure patients need to show before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures and ask the surgeon who did your Liposuction to forward the ones they took. Regardless of how it looks now we need to see what it look like before you had the liposuction. Perhaps a skin excision with a tuck would’ve been better but in honesty sometimes it’s better not to operate and simply except the way things are. It’s too hard to make an assessment based on the pictures you’ve posted. Try standard pictures the way plastic surgeons take before and after pictures. Standing neutrally showing the front side and back showing your whole torso. Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
